As an administrator, you can view the "active" users at any given time, noting what applications they are in, when and how often they visit them. Use this information to monitor the workflow of your employees, or to determine which applications are no longer being used or visited. SoftMenu makes managing menus so simple by providing a rich array of advanced features. Administrators can create option groups, function key groups, and "template" users to add new users fast. They can also customize menus for individuals within groups, control the look of menus and submenus, and manage up to 250 libraries per option. SoftMenu supports centralized management of multiple divisions or multiple language menus.
